Welcome to Our Firm

DMM  Consultancy Limited was founded in 1991 and has been run by Phil Alexander a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Building Engineer .

Sectors covered include a full Architectural design service from feasibility through  submission for Planning Permissions , Building Regulation compliant drawings and designs .

We also have a Commercial and Residential Surveying Consultancy  undertaking a full range of pre acquisition  Surveys , Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations and professional advice on property across a broad spectrum.

The Practice also provides Party Wall advice and services from Service and acknowledgement of Party Wall Notices to preparation and issuing of full Awards .

We  cover a broad geographic area including the Thames Valley and Greater and Central London  areas .

The Dog and Badger Pub and Restaurant

A  mid scale commercial project handled from site survey through Planning and Listed Building Consent enlarging and refurbishing both a Grade II Listed Public House and adjacent Grade II Listed Cottage into 6 bespoke suites all with ensuite facilities .Ran the tendering process and appointment of Contractor and Supervision  and all Planning and Listed Building Applications through to completion.

Barrington Park Gardens

A 1990 built detached house extended and redesigned to a high contemporary standard . Full service including Concept , Planning Design, Working Drawings and partial Project Managament

Cookham Dean

A 1920's Detached House  in large plot skilfully extended and completely modernised to provide  large high quality space .Full feasibility, planning , working drawings and coordination on site together with general advices.

Warwick Studios

Upper parts to existing Restaurant and Shop converted to 6 high quality residential units , Extension to Buildings and full Refurbishment including upgrading of external thermal  elements.Full feasibility , planning and working drawings together with project advice .

Hill House

A contemporary extension to replace a dated and ugly 197's extension attached to a Grade II Listed House .Full service from Feasibility , Planning and Listed Building Applications and working drawings .

Park Street

A fine Grade II* Listed Building  fully refurbished to an extremely high standard following significant damage by a previous Owner sited in one of the best streets  in Windsor .Full service including early feasibility , design , Planning and exhaustive consultations with the Conservation Officers and listed building consents , working drawings and other specific detail design input.

The Grove

A large detached locally important House on the edge of Croxley Green .Variously extended and refurbished into 5 very high quality  flats including a Penthouse  and an attached two bedroom Coach House .Full service to include Planning and pre planning discussions , Planning Application and Working drawings , Contract Supervision .
